This adult male was seen passing by the hawkwatch at Fort Washington State Park two weeks after the passage of Tropical Storm Hanna. Note the distinctive wing and tail shape and the light-colored bill. What was most likely the same bird was seen passing by the State Hill Hawk Watch in Berks County earlier that morning. If accepted, this bird represents the 1st documented record for Pennsylvania!
