The lower scapulars form a white line, and it lacks the vertical white line along the side of the breast that would be found in American Green-winged Teal. Both of these factors identify it as a Common Teal Anas crecca crecca.

I question the origin of this bird. It is very suspect to have this bird present with another hybrid bird. If we question origin I assume we should not vote to accept record, but I would be open to a discussion in Round 2.
