DESCRIPTION: The Jacks Mountain site is on a high spot on an otherwise level mountaintop.

DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of US 22 and John St in McVeytown go southwest on US 22 for 2.3 miles and turn right (north) on Jack's Mountain Road (SR 4007). Go 5.39 miles to the top of Jacks Mt. There are 2 parking lots are on either side of SR 4007. Hawk watches are conducted on the hill above the parking lots.
