Description:  At 1.4 miles from The Nature Conservancy office, turn right onto Kuhenbeaker Road. In 0.8 miles there will be more fields that are leased to private farmers. Parking is limited to a very small shoulder, so be careful. Savannah Sparrow and Bobolink can be found in the grass in summer. At 1.2 miles from the intersection there is an old barn on the right. During migration, this is a good area to pull over to look for migrants in the surrounding trees. At 1.4 miles, turn left onto Hypsy Gap Road, a well maintained dirt road. You will find a patchwork of old fields and woods owned by the City of Bethlehem. Except for the farm fields, this area is open for public use. There is ample opportunity to stop and look for common breeding birds.
