Description:  On US 13, 0.1 mile south of where the PA Turnpike crosses over US 13, turn east on Green Lane (right if going north, left if going south). Go 0.8 mile and turn left (north) at the T intersection with Radcliffe Street. Go 2.4 miles and turn right (east) on River Road. Go about 0.2 mile and cross a bridge. You can park on the right or bear left and drive up past the buildings to another open area in which you can park. Scan the cove from either (or both) locations
