DESCRIPTION:

DIRECTIONS: Go back out on Rowe Street to Freeport Road and turn left, go 4.3 miles to Duquesne Avenue in Springdale just beyond the power plant, turn left onto Duquesne and follow to end across the railroad tracks into the parking lot. At the river there is a boardwalk platform with a good view.
