DESCRIPTION: Although heavily boated, some waterfowl can be seen here during migration and Bald Eagle nest. Cliff Swallow nest on the concrete abutments of Kinzua Dam.

DIRECTIONS: Located east of Warren on PA 59, observation areas include the dam breast, about 8 miles east of Warren, and where PA 59 crosses Kinzua Bay (another 4 miles east). A map of the reservoir shows the various other access points.
