DESCRIPTION: These trails surround a large area with other trails crisscrossing in between. The area provides a nice mixture of meadows, thickets, and hedgerows with a nice diversity of breeding birds including Rose-breasted Grosbeak, Yellow-billed Cuckoo, Blue-winged Warbler, Orchard and Baltimore orioles, Field Sparrow, Eastern Towhee, Willow Flycatcher, Eastern Bluebird, Indigo Bunting, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Brown Thrasher, and Yellow-breasted Chat. This area is also good for wintering sparrows. American Woodcock displays have been seen in this area.
