Directions:  There are parking areas at both sides of the dam which are good for Red-breasted Nuthatch, Ruffed Grouse, Pine Warbler, Double-crested Cormorant, and Long-tailed Duck in fall. Good numbers of gulls, geese, and ducks are seen during migration. From Adamsville, continue west on Adamsville Road for 2.83 miles and turn right (north) on Pitt Road. Go 0.2 mile and turn left (west) on Snake Road. Go 1.2 miles and turn left (south) on US 322. Go 0.25 mile and turn right (west) on Unger Road. Go 0.2 mile and turn right (north) on East Lake Road. Go 0.9 mile to park entrance on the left.
