Directions:  At Linesville, go straight west on West Erie Street at the traffic light in town. This takes you through some open farm country good for Snow Bunting, Horned Lark, and Lapland Longspur in winter. It is also a very good area for raptors. There is a large park at the turn-around (1.9 miles) with lots of parking space. An extensive pine planting to the north has produced Pine Grosbeak and often Red-breasted Nuthatch in winter.
