Directions:  Go back out Second Street to Main Street and turn right. Follow this main street, which becomes PA 837 out of Monongahela and into New Eagle. Near the end of New Eagle turn right onto Howard Street where there is a community park and boat launch. Go back to PA 837. Turn right for Pittsburgh and points north, left for Washington County. PA 837 could eventually take you to the start of the Central Loop.
