Beechdale Road Pond

| DESCRIPTION: This pond and creek is good for shorebirds and waterfowl during migration. A scope is recommended. However, It can be dry in summer. |
DIRECTIONS: From US 30 and PA 340 just east of Lancaster, go east on PA 340 for 3.3 miles. Turn left on Beechdale Road and go 1.1 mile to pull-off on the left. The pond and creek are on the east side of the road. Be sure to pull off completely, as this is a busy road (especially tourist groups). |
