DESCRIPTION: Farm fields with some tree lines at the field edges Open field birds such as Horned Larks, Snow Buntings, American Pipits, Lapland Longspurs, and Vesper Sparrows From the roadsides of S. Oaks and S. Delps Roads, scan the field for birds. A spotting scope is suggested. Both sides of S. Oaks Road just off of S. Delps Road seems to be the most productive. DIRECTIONS: From the intersection of PA 987/PA 946, go northwest on PA 946 (Mountain View Drive) for 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Point Phillips Road (SR 4013) and continue for 397 feet. Turn left on South Delps Road (SR 4011) and continue for 0.9 mile and end at the intersection of South Delps and South Oaks Roads. There is no parking area. You must park on the the roadside of S. Oaks or S. Delps Roads, but be careful not to block traffic. S. Oaks Road generally has less traffic.
