DIRECTIONS: From US 22 and PA 26 near Huntingdon drive south on PA 26 to Ennisville. Continue south on PA 26 for about 3.38 miles and turn left at a tiny spot called Jackson Corner. Immediately after the left turn you'll cross a large creek. You are now on East Branch Road, a paved township road. Follow for about 1.9 miles to the first right hand turn (other than private roads). The right turn will put you on a dirt road called the Allensville road. Follow this exactly three miles to the very top of the ridge. This is a State Forest Road but easily traveled until snow time. Park at the top, just before the Huntingdon/Mifflin County line. A trail goes left into the woods (northeast), eventually becoming orange-blazed as you pass over a rough rock field. Follow the blazes, staying on the absolute crest of the ridge for about a 0.2 mile or about 10-15 minute walk. The platform will become obvious.
